Give Symmetra a deployable jump-pad instead of TP

- It’s somewhat weaker at circumventing map design, because it’s only vertical, thus “frees up space” for offensive buffs in other areas of her kit.
- It’s more immediate and useful in combat
- Could throw in stuff like “while on the pad or superjumping, Symmetra’s LMB and RMB gains extra charge” or “grants yourself and allies 20% damage reduction for a few seconds”
