Both share 2 charges, with a 5 second cooldown.
Energy Javelin
Can now headshot for 1.5x damage multiplier.
Headshots stun for an extra 0.2 seconds.
Wall impact stun down from 0.3 seconds to 0.1 seconds.
Javelin Spin
Maximum spin duration gone down to from 1.75 seconds to 1.25 seconds.
Maximum damage gone down from 100 to 70.
Movement speed bonus after use increased from 2 seconds to 2.5 seconds.
Terra Surge
No longer pierces shields.
Now grants back one Javelin charge when activated.
Ultimate cost decreased by 10%.
This way much of her power goes from Fortify to the other two cooldowns, making her a much more dynamic character; Terra Surge piercing shields is also a pretty boring addition imo so making it restore her cooldowns instead i think makes it a much more fun ability.
Easier to kill yes, but more threatening and disruptive to compesate.
Fortify being like that’s exactly why Orisa is so boring, so much of her power goes into her just basically being so hard to kill thats its better to just ignore her completely, with around 2k EHP considering she doesnt take headshots and all of that, having her power on her kit’s actually interactable part makes her alot more fun to play with/against no doubt.
No, its cuz shes allowed to do that because she has that shift ability all but completely making her invulnerable, if power went from Fortify to her other Javelin cooldowns it would be a huge difference imo.
Disagree, in that sense shes less boring than say most tanks, at least she needs to aim and headshot/etc, unlike most tanks.
Compare her abilities to the other similiar ones:
Javelin Spin = Knetic Grasp but with multiple more interactable factors.
Energy Javelin = Accretion but alot faster though not as damaging.
Its not so boring, specially when Energy Javelin would headshot and being able to choose inbetween using two of one or 1 of each or any rotation not to mention alot less cooldown.
Again, those abilities are not that boring, not even her weapon is boring compared to some others like Tesla Cannon or Rein’s hammer, the vast majority of the fault lies on Fortify being horribly strong and boring, not the rest of her kit.

I’ve only seem mine today but tbf Orisa’s OW2 rework is just bland currently, tbh at least i feel like shes less bland than before, wich is amazing if you think about it.
If it means her opponnents actually interacting with her other than just chipping away at her overhealth then armor when she has fortify up, means shes alot less boring from every angle in my books.
Because of the compesation of having 2 seconds less cooldown on Spin/Fortify, 1 second less on Throw, headshotting on throw and flexibility on them sharing two charges.
