Rework Roadhog ideas?

Pretty simple premise:

Think something like bloodlust, the more damage he takes the angrier he gets up to say a 20% damage boost (getting close to but not quite old hog damage), which slowly ticks down if he is not taking damage.

If Roadhog ever reaches max health, any damage boost that he had before from bloodlust is automatically set back to 0%.
