Reward for lvl up still locked

I’m level 46 with Baptiste and i got no reward for the lvl 45, it’s still locked. I dunno how to send the sceen shot

I have the same problem on Baptiste as well!

the same is happening for me on baptiste, i am level thirty but haven’t received the level 25, or 30 epic and legendary lootbox

Ok, no more Baptist, i planed to lvl up to lvl30 to see what happened but thank to you, i’ll not doing that
