This version of Torb is more viable and versatile than the old one. Reverting him would be a straight-up nerf.
As for Sym: well, 2.0 was slightly stronger (but more situational) than 3.0, but is much more beloved by Sym players. Many of them want it reverted butI doubt it will ever happen.

Having to manually build the turett again is a nerf.
It just doesn’t fit into such a fast-paced game, making the hero useless on attack or koth (unless played by a very good onetrick).
Idk seems like an amazing trade off for instant +100armor and like sombra sonic speed
