You ruined the game with 5v5 and doubled down on it. Don’t make the same mistake. Game is not designed around traditional hitboxes like paladins.
On paladins Kinessa/Strix can’t one shot like widowmaker
Buck can’t delete you with 2-3 shots like Reaper
Saati can’t kill you in 4 shots like Cassidy
Sha lin can’t delete you with 2 shots like Hanzo
And so on and forth… Every game i just see soldier and reaper now and nothing else. Other characters like sojourn and widow doesn’t even have to try to hit shots anymore. Everything is all over the place.
Like… extra 50 HP isn’t gonna just fix everything. The game feels terrible and more frustrating to play than ever now.
Anti heal was needed to deal with the sustain creep and i’d even argue that it should be put on all roles instead of just DPS but hitbox changes are just absurd.
na if we are nerfing the weapon hitboxes at all, we gonna buff the anti heal to 30-40%
we either need way less healing (40-50% less then before) or slightly less healing and more consistent dmg globally
we are currently in the 2nd option
healing is too high baseline, no hero should be able to output 90-100hps for free. this incentivizes bad players to heal bot which then teaches people to not use cover (and thus they can never climb) which is how we got to this patch in the first place
i would have preferred the first option, with smaller but faster projectiles, a global healing nerf of 40-50% and a dmg nerf of 15-25%
as a dps i dont mind what we have, but i admit some hitboxes are a lil too big (particularly certain projectiles and widow/sojourn) but if everyones weapons are massive then its not technically op because when everyones op no ones op.
i think most people are coping a lil to hard, tanks specifically are raging that they cant charge in 1v5.
its the ol “i cant peak without dying!” ye you cant hard peak a full poke comp on a brawl tank and expect to survive. obviously
everyone needs to adjust to this playstyle before we even think of nerfing or buffing anything
because what happens if in a month people have adapted so much to it, that what we have now would be considered not enough and they would need to nerf healing MORE?
if that were to happen they wouldnt just backtrack any nerfs, they’d just start buffing dmg again and sure enough you’d have more 1-2 taps in game
