When I posted it had gone up by quite a bit, and yeah, then it dropped by heaps, and is heading back up again.
I’m going to guess we are going to have to wait to see on this.
IF it ends up down overall once it has stablised, I’ll very much say “yeah this was a nerf”, because that is how you tell 
- but WHEN I POSTED, it was up, and by no small amount.
I’ve grabbed screenshots now, and we can see where he will go from here (since obviously he hasn’t finished moving) and be able to compare by rank, so we can see which ranks he is buffed in and which are nerfs.
