no they said it was do to the speed buff on the dps passive and it was in the patch notes

no, it was not it hurt them a lot Genji is in the worse state he’s ever been in his damage ammo and ult are all at their weakest and ow look they nerfed him and your precious queue times still aren’t fixed it almost like haveing op heroes in the game like hog kiriko and sojourn make the game unfun for everyone instead of a hero who is popular
If you can’t be specific about how it would be bad, beyond “synonym for bad”. Why should I think that you know what you’re talking about?
“Vaguely Bad in some sort of undefined way” is just dumb.
For ME every bit of him is. Might not be for others. It’s just my view of it cuz I see him as a childish hero along side with Junkrat.
It might just be my refusal to give any credit to a player using a hero with designs reducing the likelihood of equal footing at a Player vs Player exchange.
Notice I wrote that I think it “Reduces” not that it’s something in effect in every scenario or rank.

yes and i have a good fix so he can not gain any sort of damage boost for his ult like no mercy ana or zen but in return, it does 130-135 damage and lasts 7 second. what do you think?
the longer the tanks live the worse the game feels it’s how it was in ow1 look at goats and double shield meta it was so slow and boring and was the worst time in my opinion and I’m a lucio main if you forgot. i don’t think support needs insane buffs like other want and i think kirko needs pulled back even more
No matter what some heroes are going to be C-tier, that’s just how tier lists work. Right no it just happens to be Genji. Genji was S-tier, now he’s C-tier. Genji can still be incredibly effective in games. It’s not like he’s a throw pick. He’s fine.
yes and even before the nerf he’s win rate was below average and his pick rate was dropping he didn’t need nerfed the passive did people just had to learn to acualy fight him like pharah without all the cc

Tier lists are relative to other heroes and the overall powerlevel. Even if the power differences are incredibly minor, some are going to fall below the median power level.
I’m in plat/diamond games and I can assure you that he’s still perfectly viable in the hands of skilled players.
so all simple easy heros to get you into a role or play style and could be called “childish” but still take skill like genji
Im also in high plat. and i find it hard to d oso good on genji that its worth picking over tracer or sojourn and every hero is viable for super good one tricks that’s kinda how one tricks work they are so good their skill with the hero makes it better to play them then playing the meta
and still not true i would say no hero in this game is f teir and with the buffs queen got only ball and sombra are in d teir and once they fix them i would put no heroes in d teir

Also genji is fine. He doesn’t need to be an OP DPS with no reasonable way to counter him. He’s one of the lower skill floor DPS characters.
