The nerf was unnecessary and just made her even more clunkier. The nerf did nothing to solve goats so I think it’s about time to revert to make her fun to play again. Plus I’m sure we’re all tired of getting graviton every game since it was the only reliable counter.

Theyre not gonna do it. You see people have asked even sym/mercy, etc to be reverted/reworked but they will never revert them.
Just wait and see till this new patch comes live today & dont cry before even trying it. Goats will be much less of a problem after this patch mate.
And im telling you, they didnt nerf’d dva cause of goats & shes still fun to play btw, also theres a few counters to goats/3-3 meta and couple of them are sombra & prahah.
You cant talk for everyone if we all are tired of gravs. Im not & neither isnt zarya players, etc.

Defense Matrix had no counterplay. At all. Now it does. Intended change does what it intended perfectly.

The problem was that, it was TOO reliable.
Due to the recovery ratio the DM has and the minimal resource usage, you could effectively keep a Zarya zoned out or with DM on her face so much that the window to use grav was stupidly low.
2 sec CD makes sense, since you can DM someone for 1 sec, rest 2 sec and repeat over and over.

As a Reaper player, I prefer clunky D.Va; as any of my other heroes, whatever.
Just because you aren’t willing to use DM’s counterplay doesn’t mean it has none.

You should educate on the DM’s “counterplays”, otherwise that statement is quite void. Worth the same than a simple "Hey, no. You are wrong. Bye"

Nah. A must pick was mercy meta. You could win without a d.va. She was only a must pick in owl but the game shouldn’t be balance around the 1% of the community
