Can other people see your reticle when u get POTG or does it just show up as whatever they have for theirs?
It only shows your own. Pretty sure.

I think it is only you own. I mean it was always green for me when I accidently colored them all green. And it turned back to white when I fixed it 
It uses your crosshair settings for whatever particular hero it’s showing
If you have a different Widow crosshair, then the POTG will use your Widow crosshair (for Widow POTGs) as an example
The POTG system only shows your reticle that you set.

then why is it whenever i get POTG as d.va her default crosshair show’s up and not my custom one? but my custom one shows up baby on d.va only even tho i have the same crosshair set for both
