I wanted the watchpoint pack for my PS4 PSN, I bought it on Playstation store on my phone and I couldn’t download it then to my console.
Then I went to my console, brought it AGAIN there, and it doesn’t download! It says that I “already own Overwatch Origins edition”
Wtf? I have the physical disk copy of OW: Origins Edition, and so i can’t download the extension pack? Meaning I’ve been robbed of 80€, what the hell.
Great! Lesson learned, never trust these liars ever again.
EDIT: after talking to the community for a bit, I received some help.
I do have everything that’s in the pack, OW2 beta included ( I hope) it’s just that for some reason you’re able to buy this pack multiple times, which i did by mistake.
Meaning I have to ask Sony to refund me 40€, if they do that Greta, If they don’t then yeah, sadness.
At least, if I can at least play OW2 on June 28th, I’ll be happy, even though I lost some money doing it.

i think because you have the game, you don’t need/can’t download anything, the rest will be unlocked in ow 2 in october.

I think this is due to it not yet being fully unlocked for consoles. Does it show on your account profile?

So, let me get this straight, you bought it (okay fine I guess), and it didn’t download.
Then you notice it isn’t there, but you lost 40 Euros, so the next thing you do, is to freaking pay another 40 Euros again?
Like, man, if you lost 40 Euros, that means that it definitely went somewhere, right?
Also, given what you’ve written in the first sentence, you knew that it wasn’t downloading, why don’t you just contact the Customer Support then?
Worst case just ask for a refund, sure they will do it.

It even says it on the ps store “buy this pack to get guaranteed OW2 beta access on June 28th 2022!”
I went to my actual PS4 console, went to the store there, And the pack wasn’t purchased, it said i had to pay again, 40€, even though I already paid for it via PS store in my phone, with the transaction proof and everything.
I was like “maybe it HAS to be in the console to get it?” And so yes, my stupid potato brain clicked on “buy”… again, a second time, on my console this time, and low and behold! “You have already installed:OW origins edition” and the pack is nowhere to be found in my purchased items in my PS4 library.
Meaning, I’ve been robbed of 80€ for nothing, i am pretty sure this is illegal, this is VERY unacceptable.

Do people just not check to see if a purchase went through? I dont understand why peoples first instinct is to just mash the purchase button.
I did check, and it did go through, but i got nothing the first time, nothing at all.
I checked the ps store again, and the pack was still available for purchase?? Even though I already bought it??
I was like " do i HAVE to purchase this on my console to get it? I can’t purchase it via phone?"
And I hit purchase again, a second time, and again, got nothing, WHAT DID I PAY FOR???
And guess what? It still says it’s available for purchase, but i am not stupid enough to do it a 3rd time, no way.
Maybe because theres nothing to ddownload yet? The skins arent out and the beta isnt till the 28th.

You could say it’s my fault for being a dumbass but, it should in no way allow me to pay a second time for it if i already paid once.
THE BETA UNLOCKS JUNE 28 2022 (9 DAYS FROM NOW)
The “immediate access” wording is just a marketing tactic.
Players can sign up for the beta for free, but they may not get in on JUNE 28TH When the beta first unlocks
BETA RUN TIME:
Starts: June 28th
Ends: July 18th
Note that all players that sign up for free will get into the beta on July 14th at the latest.
Players buying the watchpoint pack get in one day 1 of the beta (June 28th)
Yes this. Idk what PSN is like, but it was much easier for me to get a refund from Xbox than any attempt with blizzard, which went nowhere. My kid bought OWL tokens not realizing that it cost money not in game credits. Once I got someone with Xbox on the line they fixed it in seconds.

This doesn’t help me with resolving my issue, at all, the fact that I literally just got scammed.
The fact is that you couldn’t download it, but the beta hasn’t started yet
