No, because I choose not to have a cell phone number. I have a cell phone that I use to play music on, that’s it.

Smurfs below 3k do community service.
The winning team gets few SR because the smurf gets all the kills and their team can’t get good performance bonus.
The enemy team losses!
Now, if they deserve higher they can get it back easy. If they can’t they got help to find their true SR.
Smurfs above 3k… You just deal with it, you don’t see many people complaining about that

Except they have stated multiple times they do not care if smurfs are in the games. They are never going to limit their sales.
