Request: Reduce spam limitations on ingame chat/callouts

I understand the need for spam limitations, but they are needlessly strict in OW. If you say a measly 4 lines in succession you get spam filtered. Most normal people break sentences up into chunks and hit this limit all the time when trying to communicate anything complicated.

Furthermore, the duration for which a person is spam filtered after sending 4 messages is way too long. Most people who hit the limit aren’t actually spamming, just trying to talk like normal. Please loosen it up a bit.

Similarly, the callout/voiceline spam limitations are a bit too strict as well.

If someone is really spamming voicelines too much, players always have the ability to squelch the player. It’s usually not an issue that needs to be filtered so strictly.

Thanks for your consideration.

You cant even trigger group up more than once. It wont acually say the line, just put it in chat.

OW decides yet again to go the “needlessly over-policed” route in the name of pretending to be a sport.

Also for example if I say thanks after the no voice line the character will sometimes say no instead of thanks. Happens for other voice lines too.

Yep and if you try to say “push/stop the payload/bot” more than once in a couple seconds it just won’t let you.

How about when using a controller how they added a delay of like a second when selecting a voice line or emote using the wheel?
You literally need to wait on it for it to activate.
Any shorter than a second is just dropped.

Perfectly useless and insanely annoying.

Well done dum dums,

Guess anti-QOL features are the reason they want us to pay extra.

Do players even notice when said just once? More often than not, I notice trickling and call to group up. Get ignored. So yeah, I repeat it a few times.
