As the title says. If the concern is old gen, this is penalizing potential for people who can afford better hardware. This is also a good thing to add for Genji; to fight against (solving a big chunk of the “where did he come from?/go?” questions), and to fight with, without being stuck to walls like a fly and being forced low perception.
Bonus: FOV sliders also reduce motion sickness, especially for people who play other games where it is included.
