Request for Investigation on Unjust Penalty

Hello Blizzard Support Team,

I am reaching out to request an investigation regarding a penalty I recently received in Overwatch. I believe this penalty was unjustly imposed due to server instability, which led to disconnections on my part.

Context:

  • During matches, I faced several server instabilities, which caused me to disconnect involuntarily.
  • I understand and respect the competitive rules, but I am concerned that a penalty could become permanent due to situations beyond my control.

Point of View:

  • I take pride in maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while playing, and I never intend to violate competition rules.
  • I request that this penalty be reviewed, as per previous guidance stating that I may request an investigation in the forums.

The ticket system is the only point of contact for appeals.

But no one from support or the company helps us when we send tickets, this company is a disgrace, they constantly fail in customer service, if I send a ticket they simply won’t care

And what makes you think anyone cares here ? We are all players here .take your request to support and wait for their answer in ticket or waste more time here leading to nowhere
