im originally m1 - low gm, sometimes hit gm1 and top500 multiple times, this season im placed at diamond and i simply don’t miss shots because players are bad & i’ve even improved my aim further, multiple matches today people are calling me a cheater & got reported
with my last experience with blizzard (got chat banned for 3 weeks with NO reason) in previous post Overwatch account suspended - NO REASON - #21 by LordShar-1776
i’m afraid soon i’ll get automatically banned by the system, im posting this ahead of time because just in case i get banned, i will share this everywhere in social media about my experience in this game and move on to valorant for good

Chat bans can only happen when DM flags toxic texts in text or voice coms… EZ, Diff, Trash, Loser, Sexist texts, Racist Texts, Telling players to switch to X, etc…

Contacted blizz support 5 times to ask for the reason, i do not use VC nor chat, they didn’t provide any proof, it is auto bot ban for X amount of reports, this is the new blizzard
keep messaging them, they will eventually get a real person to review it, and even then, they will probably just deny it bc they are lazy.
Did you ever get something from CS for your suspension? Because that sounded like it was for behaviour, not cheating.
Also, posting this ‘for posterity’ proves neither innocence nor guilt. For all we know you could just as easily be ‘hedging your bets’ in an attempt to prove your innocence later down the line (not saying that is definitely the case here, I’m saying it is a possibility.)
People calling you a cheater doesn’t make it so. Blizz would have to review that themselves before taking action.
Finally: stuff like boosting, deranking, throwing etc. all count as against ToS… if you’ve been reported for smurfing, you may very well have been reported under those categories. No VC or text chat required.
Well, you could always post a replay code of your gameplay so we could see for ourselves what other people are calling “cheating”

Yes, you should. The reporting system threshold is not a rubber it triggers and then it’s gg. I usually get an account banned after 3–5 matches of the same complaints about non-existing cheats that I use, as they think. You just need to get use to it and create a new account every session.
