Replays don't work: "Unknown error" message

Whenever I try to watch a replay, it gives the “entering game” message for a while, and then gives this error message:

REPLAY ERROR

AN UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURED. (9-0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)

I used to be able to watch replays. What’s going on?

i have this issue too and i have been unable to find anyone else who has this problem :frowning:

I think the problem was with my ISP. It seems like the client couldn’t connect to the servers.

I realized there were other websites and services I couldn’t connect to (hell, the Battlenet app and Overwatch weren’t updating either), so I spoke to my ISP and they fixed it a while later.

Try a different DNS if you can. If it helps, you’re fine. If it doesn’t, you might want to speak to your ISP about it. You can also try using a VPN and see what happens – it might help to tell your ISP the result of that too.

This happened to me too,… weirdly enough happened after some suspicious activity in one of the matches (quick play classic), after that, none of the previous matches replays were working.
