Repeatedly kicked from and rejoining voice channels

Each time I join a voice channel, after about 15 seconds I get kicked and then I see the message stating that I have joined a voice channel with X players again. This happens repeatedly. It’s extremely distracting to both myself and other users, so much so that I had at least two users say they’re reporting me for spamming.

I filed a support ticket with Blizzard Support (Ticket No. US99947272) and followed their guidance to no resolve.

In reviewing this forum, I see a similar issue has been reported (and has been unanswered/resolved) by another user for several years. Comparing our logs, I believe this is the same issue:

Steps I’ve taken to attempt to resolve this:

  1. Updated Overwatch using the Battle.net desktop app
  2. Scanned for corrupt files using the Battle.net desktop app
  3. Reviewed privacy and communication device settings both in-game and within the Battle.net desktop app
  4. Reset game settings to default
  5. Uninstalled all instances of Overwatch
  6. Deleted the cache
  7. Disabled VPNs and verified my network settings
  8. Updated drivers
  9. Reinstalled a single instance of Overwatch using the Battle.net desktop app
  10. Followed all other guidance by the Battle.net support team

Again, none of the above have solved my issue.
