Rendering device not responding

ever since the update from overwatch 1 to 2 this bug has been occurring
tried every fix I could find from reinstalling graphics drivers or downgrading
even reinstalling overwatch from scratch
it crashes for some character skins like mercy and Genji the overwatch 2 skins
and whenever there’s too many effects on the screen like an ult it would crash
and sometimes just random crashes for no reason.
game working fine 60 fps just the crashes
this never happened to me before the ow 2 update

i have geforce gt 730
edit
by the way, the game gave me a penalty now for exiting early
so the game crashes and i get penalized for it

That card falls below the minimum requirements. This doesn’t mean you can’t make the game load or play with low fps, but it won’t get better over time and may eventually stop working. The requirements from OW1 → OW2 saw an increase.

GT 730 vs GTX 645

I don’t need to relay things they can read on the forum.

Nicole this is the issue… You wont relay the message. It was nice playing WOW and Overwatch. Have a good day.

I think you’re mistaken about my position. I’m a volunteer, and I don’t work at Blizzard. The group I report to is the same staff answering the forum posts and tickets. I cannot push anything to developers. They have people who monitor the forum for issues, so they don’t need to be contacted directly.

I was not aware of that. I thought you were an employee. Just want to play the game but cant seem to find a solution like alot of other people.

I WAS AGREED. I AM ALSO HAS BAD DEAL HIS GAME, ONE. HIS GAME ANOYYING AND SAY Rendering Device Lost… WHAT MEAN THAT? I DONT KNOW HAS. SECOND, IF U PLAY OVERWATCH 2 IS CRASH OR BUG WHEN STARTED BATTLE OR MAIN MENU, STILL CRASHED.

I understand! I had some trouble early on and had to enable Debug mode (which disables all overclocking) on my nVidia card. Thankfully, that stopped the crashes, but it’s not a permanent solution.
