To add it to your reply here:

  1. Open the text file and copy all of the text.
  2. Paste the text in your reply.
  3. Highlight the pasted text and click </> on the post editor.

If your DxDiag does not fit in one message, you can post it on Pastebin.com and provide the hash code (the numbers/letters after the .com) in your reply. This is my preferred method of looking over these reports.

there you go

I do see the RDL errors in your log, and they might be due to a bad version of the driver. You can remove all driver copies with Display Driver Uninstaller and reinstall the latest version. Otherwise, they might be triggered by the other HP services that are also reporting crashes. HPMSGSVC.exe and IAStorDataMgrSvc.exe – I don’t have an HP so you’ll probably want to look those up.

I built this computer from scratch but used the drives of my old HP desktop. So would I uninstall those? Im not sure on how to google those since google keeps bringing up things that has nothing to do with overwatch. I did read a couple articles on it though.

Edit: Just did the display driver uninstaller. installed the latest driver from nvidia. still crash upon entering the hero selection screen.

I also uninstalled Hp support and intel rapid tech

Sounds like you have an app conflicting with Overwatch. I recommend opening a ticket and supplying them with your msinfo, which you don’t want to post here.

I opened a ticket around 30 minutes ago. I guess ill just have to wait sadly
