Rendering device lost affecting comp

Every second or third game I get into I immediately crash because of this rederong device lost error causeing me now to be suspended for 30 minutes. Can someone please give me a way to avoid a ban this isn’t my fault at all.

Edit: yes, I’ve followed the steps on the pinned tweet. I don’t have ryzen or amd components anywhere.
