You can try going to automatic, but that’s the lowest it’ll get you
Why get a 144hz monitor if your PC can’t perform to that height?

Why would you buy a 144 Hz monitor if you can’t even reach 144 fps? Why didn’t you just get a 60 Hz monitor and spend that extra cash on a better graphics card?
Any render scale of under 100% makes the game look blurry, but putting it above 100% makes your frame rate worse without offering a noticeable improvement in graphics.
If you can, lower every other setting but the render scale and see if that helps. If you have to lower the render scale in the first place, though, I have no clue why you have a 144 Hz monitor.

It doesn’t go below 50% at 1280x720 resolution though.
I dont think theres much of a point for going below 75% render scale, the game just gets far too blurry. Its not even worth the fps, if you cant see anything.
Going lower than 50… you might as well be looking at a still image repeated 144 times every second.
Well maybe he bought the monitor with plans to buy a GFX card when the prices drop with the 2080’s becoming more mainstream.
Depends on what resolution you are using.
Also higher render scale gives you more input lag.
Yeah, too high is bad, too low is bad too. i think either 75 or 100 is the sweet spot.
But again, 50% at 4k is not the same as 50% at 720P
