Cause that’s all it is.
“It’s a revolving door of Pokemon!”
So you got to catch them all?
the more suitable name would be cannon fodder
Any hero can be a Pokémon
if you weave hard enough
I don’t even know what this is supposed to mean
rename the role to feeders, who don’t know how to position
You switch tanks against the enemy tank to have the super effective matchup.
Hammond used Baton Pass coming out for Orisa
What if DPS and Healers carried Tanks in portable, high-tech balls that could be thrown out into the match at any time
So overwatch is becoming a turn based game?
252+ Atk Reinhardt Gigaton Hammer vs. +2 252 HP / 252+ Def Orisa: 35-42 (8.7 - 10.5%) – possibly the worst move ever
Who are your top three?
I like Winston = Rock, Orisa = Paper, and Zarya = Scissors.
Yes finally, can i summon paws here are you ok with talking about tanks this way
complaining while not being toxic.
It’s more like palworld were tanks are reduced to workers.
Well they did turn Winston into a pokemon with his april fools voice lines.
Im 90% certain that was their full intent.
“Winston! Winston. winston. winston. WINSTON”
It’s not, attack the enemy 250 hp heroes Instead of only focusing on the enemy tank.
You will kill things faster or at least force out tools like lamp/suzu really early in the fight were they can’t be used to bail the tank out after the fact.
In competitive pokemon is incredibly frequent to swap out pokemon for a direct counter. You might guess on a player using a certain move. Giving up your action to swap, but if you guessed correctly you might have absorbed an electric attack into an ability or ground type completely negating the attack.
You have now successfully turned the match-up in your favor. Your opponent either has to swap or has to stick with dealing on a potential disadvantage. Very, very annoying on stall teams which are meant to be defensive, stall you out, and whittle you to death.
There is an awful lot of mindgames that go into successfully swapping correctly, calling your opponents bluff, and having tools to swap around with. Its an integral part of the competitive scene, but depending upon your type of person its annoying.
I find counterpick situations with tanks interesting because its up to a player to show they can make the right call for the team situation to have made the right swap, play well enough to mitigate any counters against them, and have the ability to play multiple heroes to a high level as well.
hm they’re more similar to pals bc we can butcher them
Implying that dps/supports aren’t significantly easier to kill than a tank.
