But Widow on console is so bad lol
Flick aiming is trained and takes a lot of time and practice to gain the muscle memory required to pull it off consistently. Unless you’re on console, there’s no aim assist.

Are you on PC? If so, there is no aim assist for Widowmaker (or any heroes). Flicking is a real thing.

Maybe he is referring to that green cross in the middle of the screen that helps the widow know exactly where the shot will land

No, it’s not. Flick aiming is the single most common source of false cheating accusations. It looks dodgy but it’s the result of someone spending hours training their muscles to precisely flick the crosshair. Go watch some Kephrii on Youtube.

no offence bud but you’re bronze, i doubt a widow could hit you at all down there
because its aim assist, if it was legit skill then when they flick over to the person it would not stop right on the head or body it would go over then they pull back for the shot. but seeing how normally its flick,hit repeat its easy to see how its got some assist in there
Ok well ur bronze and ur stats are complete garbage. A widow in bronze can never hit a shot so I’m assuming that whenever you play with widow’s that aren’t bronze you think they have aim assist whenever they hit one shot. You’re embarrassing yourself and you don’t know what ur saying.

Widow is fine, Doomfist is poorly designed hero as he is either trash or OP. Nothing between.
Yes Widowmaker can one shot but you actualy need a lot of mechanical skill to do that and she can be easily killed by flankers/divers, or shielded.

I agree doomfist is trash and op when he has backup but unless his rocket punch is buffed where it can go any angle besides horizontal he is no threat to me usually

…that’s why it’s called FLICK aiming. They train themselves to FLICK the crosshair exactly where they want. If it’s assisted by anything, it’s assisted by the player’s hard work and dedication to getting good.
You too can get good if you work on improving yourself instead of blaming everything else.

Until you’ve played on console where aim assist actually exists, you have no idea what aim assist actually is.
Aim assist literally moves your crosshair toward an enemy. Depending on the sensitivity, you can slightly follow an enemy without touching a joystick.
Comparing a flick shot to aim assist is completely incorrect.

She can’t spam. Her charge up is the cooldown. And to one shot it has to be a hero with smaller HP bar and direct critical hit.
You make it seem as if she just deletes people one after another. If she’s doing that… kneel. You met someone who’s gifted.
It’s muscle memory. They know how much to move in a particular direction and when to stop. You don’t have to go past them and then back over them. That’s… absurd.
