Like the title says; remove voting or remove Flashpoint maps. No one wants to play Flashpoints anymore, they have had their brief moment in the spotlight, time to either remove them or turn them into 2CP maps; which im sure, more people would enjoy.
The voting system you have right now is a complete joke. Voting, by nature, means majority rules; NOT what is fair. If one map has more votes than another, then you play that map. That stupid roulette thing you got going on, doesnt do anything but discourage and cause anger in some players; which ive witnessed many of times, especially lately.
Yes, the new maps look nice. Im sure you had good intentions when you came up with them, but the game mode they are attached too? Heck no. Most could argue the concept of Flashpoint is WORSE than what 2CP was. Its like you took all the bad things about 2 CP and magnified it a thousand times and renamed it Flashpoint. We like the maps, we dont like the game mode. Please, either remove it or turn them into 2CP.

Just change the voting to a map veto. Show players the map and give them the option to vote to skip it and play another random map.
So popular maps will still get played, but aren’t constantly coming up over and over until people get sick of them. And unpopular maps get skipped more, but also have a chance to come up after a veto and still get played occasionally.
Also gives devs better feedback on liked and disliked maps because you don’t have to guess if people are voting for something they like or against something they hate, and have data for skips that will be in direct proporion to how the playerbase feels about any given map. Makes it easier to make better maps in future and fix the ones people don’t like.
I’ll vote for Flashpoint all day over Hybrid. You can throw Hybrid in the trash as far as I’m concerned. I will never vote for Kings Row if another mode is available. That said, since I’m not a toddler, I don’t throw a fit because people like things I don’t and demand they be removed from the game.
You do realize that you are playing less flashpoint because of voting right? Removing it will make you play more.

Odly enough there are times where I get a large group of people that all vote for the map except me. No clue why people want to subject themselves to it.
Giving the complete freedom for the players maybe better than voting.
Checking maps you wanna play and unchecking those you don’t before queueing, then MM could find and match people in a map among the intersection of the chosen maps of all people in the match.
You won’t be forced to play payload forever if you don’t like it.
You won’t be forced to play clash/FP if you don’t like it.
You could pick different maps whenever you want.
You could play the same map forever if you find it more fun.
I think there will be 10 people at least even if it is unpopular as hell. If not, it is a bad map objectively and need to be adjusted/removed/etc. asap.
The forum contrarians are scared of that because they know their awful maps won’t be picked.
