Personally i use curse city to counter a pesky sandra who tries to bully my murky and banana. Though it helps if support goes bath teas or mines of moria.

The best place for support is in the middle of the group when you’re up against Sandra. Stay in a group and Sandra is no issue.
She does her job, punish lonely dps and supports running to the fight or a widow camping. I never have a widow or Sandra in my games when i’m playing Sombra, i laser focus on them until they decide to switch.
Mei, Pharah, Reaper Tracer, Echo, Genji can run circles around her.
