Once again blizzard has made no changes in ptr despite constant feedback and has outright ignored it’s playerbase. If you aren’t going to use ptr for anything then just get rid of it and stop trying to give us false senses of hope.

I love this patch, all except for the Zarya nerf. I think she should get her 50 charge bubbles back, because it’s a much bigger nerf than it looks.
While they do review and sometimes make amendments based on Player Feedback, the PTR is really just a chance for players to get a insider preview and test for bugs that Blizzard may have missed. This video explains more:
So feedback is a joke then.

Yes and No, bug report feedback is usually taken into account more diligently.
I think of PTR just as a free extension of the Quality assurance department of blizzard, trough that they get plenty reports that might have been missed by their own team, in exchange they offer players a small taste of whats coming but you can argue thats hardly a fair reward compared to the benefits they can get from us.
