why does moria heal when she dps ??
her left click doesnt even need aim ??
i mean its not much selfheal but why have it in first place ??
no supports does selfheal when dpsing
or do i miss something??

They are remnants of Overwatch 1, where healing passive was not a thing.
Out of all heroes in the game, she has the most options of healing herself.
She is also one of the fastest at healing herself in the entire game.

yeah I think they all do. as long as they aren’t taking damage themselves they’ll regenerate health

or shorter cooldown on bubbles

Noooooo, I’d rather her heal a tiny amount of hp while attacking than have her immortality ability on a 4 second CD.
She really doesn’t need compensation buffs for a nerf like this, especially when she’s been consistently buffed since OW2 launched with the exception of this last consistency patch.

Moira isnt in need of nerfs atm. This is just part of one of the only things she excels at, Raw Healing Output and Survivability.

As an avid moira player, its fine she is litterally the my team doesnt need to protect me healer. Her utility is aweful in exchange for the ability to take care of herself.
