I have been playing with a mercy for 5 games in a row and we lost everytime bcs boy oh boy the enemy goes kiri juno, juno moira or some other stuffs. Can we remove mercy from that mode and actually bring another support that actually do something like brig or zen or bap?

She can actually be pretty good but unfortunately, just like Moira, her ease of use attracts a certain tier of player skills that leave much to be desired. Lack of awareness, pocketing their friend (if in a group) and just general low tier gameplay means you as a DPS or tank have to utilize any lifesteal or self heal if you have any.
The best you can do is play past the “Participation Ranks” and you’ll start to see improvements on teammate abilities.
Her value is entirely res dependent. You have to make space to help her get it off or she is not going to do much outside of looking pretty.
Support is in an odd place since some heroes extremely overpower others in class.
You have to either play the correct hero, or be an overwhelming smurf in an off-meta pick.

Exactly, it’s why i hate her. Shes easy sure but she brings nothing and the mercy player doesn’t even wanna go moira for some reason
