Remove hero stacking from "Mistery heroes"

While it’s not 100%…when I log my games (yeah I said that…I’m crazy) I’ve found that it ONLY happens about 90% of the time…🤦🏻‍♂️ Mystery Heroes + No Limits makes ZERO sense

Like if you pay attention to what is going on as a mystery hero round progresses you notice just how influential it is…again it’s not 100% of the time but it may as well be

And it’s worth noting that with replays now being a thing it’s even easier to do this…and I havent updated that thread for a while but in my most recent logs (which I’ll put up at some point…still trying to work out best way to structure those replay verified ones on here) you can see timewise how big of a factor it is…

Like a double Moira for example (which imo is the most powerful combo in the game mode) can flip points in as little as 20 to 30 seconds from the moment the second one spawns (think about that and remember that it takes her time to get to a fight)…and she’s not alone…in general they swing fights VERY quickly

Like I take it to the extreme…but if you play the game mode at all you know how much of a problem stacks can pose for a team that has no control of team comp and can’t switch to counters…there’s a reason no limits was removed from regular game (and you DID have that recourse there)…

Plus it would have other benefits that I mention in the link…and the game would still be VERY random…and it would STILL be mystery heroes without it
