That’s extremely subjective, and that’s exactly the reason why Blizzard should never do it.
There are people who actually like playing Brigitte. Remove Brigitte, and you upset them. Remove Brigitte, and the entire community gets worried because their favourite hero could get removed. Remove Brigitte, and you have to refund every Brigitte cosmetic. Inluding OWL skins. Remove Brigitte, and Blizzard have wasted time and money on creating effectively nothing.
That’s why Brigitte shouldn’t be removed. Also, she’s balanced and I think she’s healthy for the game, so there’s that.
