All that battlepass/ow2 controversy makes me want to go back to the simpler times

honestly changing it to one that was arguably sexier was just intentional fake outrage to raise awareness
I’ll admit I find the newer one much sexier. I think Blizzard was genuinely worried about the handful of people who were upset.
This happens to companies all the time. Peopel who don’t even use a product conplain about it and get changes made.

nah, trust me, i was there and it was very blatant it was fake outrage. Had they actually gave in they wouldn’t have changed it to an even sexier pose
I think after the first few months of OW2 we will back to the “classic” OW forum design and new memes and comics will be created. The last 3 years and now the radial shift made the people go mad. Its time that they leave the ship and let others take their place. OW2 (and I am sure of it) will be a new beginning for OW in general. I am really looking forward to see all those new players cry about how OP Bastion and Moira are 
You could be right. This was all way before I showed up. But do you think Blizzard actually made the pose a sexier one on purpose. The pose itself is actually a famous historical pose.
I remember also complaints about a lack of content, lack of balance changes, and a lack of communication, oh and complaints about KotH points that lasted 20 minutes.
yes, back then dunking on “sjw” was still popular and they got a lot of cred with the “gamers” by doing it.

The removal of Tracer’s butt pose was nothing compared to some changes in Diablo 2 Resurrected (a Diablo 2 remaster released in 2021). They turned the young sexy/busty amazon character into a 50+ year old aging woman, a “worn warrior”.
It’s important to note that the art style of the original Diablo 1/2 is dark, gothic and sometimes a bit sexualised (like half-naked busty demons and stuff).

According to some people, it isn’t a problem, and those weren’t either. I guess everybody is just right and wrong all at once.

i remember hearing about it some was mad over tracer showing ot much booty but maybe the problem was with those who had complained
