Exactly as the title suggests. The reload meter is constantly on the screen filling up over and over. Happened to me and some friends, so not an isolated incident.
Edit: Also sometimes the things of snow are bugged and you can’t reload from them.

I have the same problem and I noticed that, in reality, we see the loading bar of any player of the game. Indeed, when a player reloads his weapon, we see the bar of reloading.

I have the same problem. It is for anything from allies ultimate to refill snow ball.
I searched around and seems like the devs know about this 7 days ago.
