I was queuing up for a game and the bar on top was indicating that it had found a game, but I was not put into it. I was still at the home screen, and it stated to rejoin match even though I was not put into on yet; I tried so many times clicking the rejoin button and nothing happed. I then received a 15 min penalty for a match I never joined/ was not able to get into.
