Reinstalling the game when PTR goes live

I’m so happy with the PTR patch.
3 of my co-workers will be reinstalling Overwatch and we get to play together again. They are super excited for the 2-2-2 lock and role queue!

Anyone else have friends coming back to the game as a result?

Also I had great fun with one of my friends on the PTR, he already reinstalled.

Yep, 3 friends.

2 of them tanks who loathed constantly tanking solo are coming back to give the game a try when the patch drops.

No, my friends are really bad at the game so they hate it.

2 actually. One of them was a Rein player, she was good, I would usually pocket her. She quit over the solo tanking and excessive cc. Looking forward to it.

Maybe if you and your friends actually played a lot of Overwatch, you know, instead of uninstalling, you’d have a different perspective. Some of us who stuck through the game are going to miss the open convention where non-222 was the way.

I never uninstalled. Played non-stop since release. :stuck_out_tongue: Only 700+ hours, but that’s still pretty good I think.

I have to say, the PTR patch does change the game a fair bit. For better or for worse, it just feels… new and exciting to me!

As for my friends… I’m sure they’ll uninstall a few months after the PTR hits live. But at least it brought them back for a bit!

I actually have a few friends coming who quit in 2017. Guess the game is started to be at least a shadow of what it once was now instead of a trash can.

Just one. But I probably would have quit again soon (I’d already taken a 2 month break). These PTR matches I’ve been playing are a whole lot more fun than the live games, and I’ve met some neat dudes too.

Nope gonne stay solo, but its just 3 more levls to gold 2 stars on my main so i am happy
