Why do you need shirtless Rein when you have shirtless Sigma?
Why not both? I like Rein better
I think there’s a couple concepts that showcase this idea quite well.
They just need to replace the armour with something else like pool floats or something, could also go for a lumberjack look with wooden armour pieces.

Reinhardt without Armor is much Smaller than it wear Armor.
