Upload footage of you playing him, and we shall see. I play Reinhardt and feel the entire enemy team converge on me. People pretend my shield is the most goated ability in the game, but it isn’t. Reinhardt only has one mitigation ability, and frankly, it sucks.
You can’t deal with ranged harassers without exposing yourself to massive damage, and even then Fire Strike can’t hit targets the way Sigma can or Orisa can, so its useless.
Charge is powerful, but it can kill you.
And he does high damage and cleave, that’s great, but you die so fast on a misplay that it’ll make it seem like you’re using a pool noodle.

The risk is being the only melee character in the game when everything else has range, you don’t nerf him he’s the face of overwatch
He might not have mechanical skill requirements (he does have the fireballs tho and those need good predicting) but he needs a lot of gamesense to control space with his barrier and enable his team to use said space
