There is a whole section on the forums just for bug reports
If someone else does not understand, then the Bugs in this game are corrected depending on how much people are known and how many requests for fix bug name, and not on the fact of their influence on the game and being in the correct section on forum.
That is why I first publish critical bugs in General Discussion, and after a while I transfer them to the Bug Report
