He was never bad but I guess the rein mains won’t be happy if he isn’t in every single match.
Also buffing already nearly unavoidable ult - nice.

I hope it’s enough to bring in a reinhardt renessance. I miss seeing two reinhardts duelling on a point, i miss damage boosting reinhardts and seeing them sweep aside the squishies.
I hope to see more of him around now.

Reins just way too lonely to play in 5v5
While I love Rein I don’t think buffing ults really does much of anything, and generally and am against it for any hero. But we’ll have to see I guess.

perhaps in plat and below, yeah i can see that. that so happens to be with any hero nonetheless
Literally every other tank is a better option than rein. Maybe except for ball, but rein is still the worst tank to play, so lets just celebrate his glory.
I’m scared of how they’ll buff shatter.
What more does it need? Its stun is long enough, has good range, can one-tap people close to Rein, and has a relatively short animation.
I hope they don’t make it go through shields or something like that.
I’d rather his charge get more damage, or his shield more health than a pointless ult buff

I don’t really see how buffing his ult fixes why he struggles.
The buff hasn’t even been posted yet.
Also Earthshatter is the least “in-need-of-buff” part of his kit. Literally anything else would be better off receiving buffs than his Earthshatter.

It can’t after the +50 hp increase. That’s what I’m expecting with the shatter buff. Like a straight 200 to 250 dmg buff.
