I should get stable FPS around 120~ but they are dropping every other minute to 40 to 60 FPS without apparent reason. Once I refresh “reduce buffering” the FPS jump back up to 120+ for another few minutes.
No other (main) processes running in the back…
Is there a common solution for this problem, if it’s even a common problem.
My hardware is kinda old but should be fine for OW (atleast I haven’t had problems for a long time before).

I don’t have Razer Synapse/Chroma software installed, should I still get the latest version and check if that changes anything?
The DxDiag I attached has all the info I am getting in it- just created a second one and it’s the same. What exactly is missing?
