also what is this “Critical issue” that effects everything but the shop
somehow they cant add mei back in, do balance changes OR do bug fixes

I hope Blizzards gets these patching issue and time line to do it under control. One of the early selling points for the move to live service was to help avoid these sort of issue in the first place.
I feel for the devs. They aren’t making bugs etc on purpose. It’s just been a rather difficult launch for S1
