Reduce hogs hook cd (seriously)

This doesnt really fix the hog issue though. Hook only does i beleive 30 damage on contact? Any hog that can hook oneshot would still be able to do so without the damage of the hook. Youd have to reduce the damage of his shot to have a meaningful effect. They could reduce hook length, draw time, or cd so its up less often.

While yes, this is true, i think he means also reducing Hog’s shotty dmg, or his combo in general…

Wich i think could work but then, its not like getting hooked into Hog’s team gives you much of a survival chance anyways… its also quite unpleasant, and very team-play centric so i think instead they should maybe look into giving Hog more team protection instead of just more hooking, with some sort of healing he gets from Take A Breather given to his teammates, sorta like this:

(+) On conclusion, activates an healing buff for himself and his teammates, much like inspire on a 25HP/s for 4s, it works on a 10m cone radius in front of Hog, much like Defence Matrix but with a wider horizontal range, (kinda like he was exhaling it.)
