Hey Blizzard, I was really excited for season 3 of overwatch, since I’ve hit masters 5 for the first time. I was expecting on log-in, to get the titel and competive points. Upon log-in, I’m greeted with “Diamond challenger”, i was masters 5 per today, 1 min before the update, and it dropped me to diamond 1. I think it is an error, since i even checked 5 minutes before the update. Are you able to ressolve this and grant me, my rewards?

This has been a persistent, ongoing bug that the devs have yet to acknowledge. I’ve been documenting this and almost all other competitive bugs since season 34 here:

Same thing. Not only did I not receive my Top 500 icon from competitive CTF this season and only got the player title, but the career profile stats also removed the proof of me hitting Top 500 in open queue in Season 36 as well. We need to make our voices heard and make the devs give us the rewards we earned.
