Receiving error 9-00 when attempting to view replays

Not sure when the bug started occurring, but I haven’t been able to view replays. Pretty sure this bug is affecting my shop thumbnails as well. Every attempt to view the replay gives me the same message: REPLAY ERROR an unknown error has occurred. I’ve tried scan & repair, setting my profile to public, checking my firewall, disabling my DNS, but there has been no change. Can anyone give a solution? Thanks.

Edit: I have tried switching to the steam version and nothing has changed. Perhaps it’s an issue regarding my computer, but how am I supposed to fix that based on a vague error message? I am very frustrated that I cannot directly report this to someone.
