I was Platinum 5 in Support role for Competitive in Season 2. I reconfirmed this 15 minutes before the launch of Season 3. I load in after the launch and I was only given rewards for Gold 1 placement. I was Platinum 5.

Same thing happened to me! Also can’t see any of the past ranks on my account.

That’s unfortunate, I’m missing my top 500 rewards for this season too. I’ve put your post in Season 36 Missing Top 500 Rewards under: Incorrect Ranked Rewards (Season 2). I’ve put mettog’s post under Bugs With Viewing Leaderboard as well.
