I am 100% sure Reapers Wraith form was canceled by Brigitte’s Shield bash, Brigitte killed me after I switched to Wraith form (after at least 1 second in Wraith form). My opponent (Brigitte) confirmed the bug, she also saw me in Wraith form at least 1 seconds before she just hit me with Shield bash and disabled it.

I’ve tested this with some bot, I tried around 100+ times now and I still can’t replicate the problem you said, I haven’t altered any settings with the shield or my ability cooldown, I’ve only altered my health to make it easier to test.
I played Brigitte and I had a team of 6 Reapers with unaltered abilities to test against. Again I haven’t been able to replicate the bug, I’ve tried shield bashing at different times: right when they wraith, a second after they wraith, and right before they come out of wraith.
What makes you 100% sure that you didn’t press a button out of panic or simply by complete accident? Did you record it or do you have any way of providing a video of the bug?
I played with 80-90 FPS and with a Latency of 70-80 MS. You probably play at a different FPS and with different Ping so I’d be interested to know if that is the case.
Note: I know I said I didn’t alter the shield in any way but when I increased my Health it also increased the shields health, I don’t think this has anything to do with the bug but I thought I’d just make that clear.
Just got killed in wraith form by brigitte. No shield bash, just a normal swing.
