Reaper Buff: Turn Off Wrath Form

There are several times when I play reaper that I wish I could exit out of the Wrath form get back to dealing damage/self healing. Dva can toggle her Boosters, so why can’t Reaper get the same added detail?

The most obvious thing for Reaper would be to manually cancel out of wraith form at any time (similar to D.Va’s rocket boosters). This would raise his power level. I play Reaper a lot so this would be a fun change.

There’s a pretty massive difference between these two examples. It makes little or no difference to opponents whether D.Va is boosting or not. Reaper’s Wraith Form is a binary switch between being a great target to shoot at and being 100% useless to shoot at.
