In the patch notes it says damage reduced to 5.5 instead of 6. Some people said the buff was nuts, so this makes sense. Now he will do a max of 110 body shot damage, down from 140.

It does decimals. Not sure how many digits though
He’s worse than before.
Now when tanks are buffed even more (orisa, winston) you need reaper the tank buster even more. Nope. He is useless vs tanks, and not that great against dps.

It has two 5 in it. It’s even even more perfect with a dot defining its symmetry.
really baffling that after so many years, when they FINALLY reduce his spread, they completely gut his damage in the process, making the whole thing completely pointless and making reaper suck even more against armor… what were they thinking?

All damages are really decimal due to fall off.
oh good now he’s even worse vs tanks. Thanks Blizzard. And was 3 shotting squishes at lower distance than Crees flash range really too OP on a slow ROF hero?

There would only be symmetry if the 5 faced the other way. UPSET.
With that fortify change as well, I think Orisa counters Reaper…

The changes are intentional. They want him doing less damage against tanks, armor, barriers, and possibly brig.
Roadhog got similiar powercreep nerfs against barriers.
