Really don't get why they're doing classic every season

Like nobody cares about this second classic event, and I mean why would they it’s only been 2 months since the first one, not enough time to build any excitement. And realistically this is the last really exciting one since it’s got dps doomfist and sym 2.0. After that they got what, abusing launch brigitte? That’ll be old after a match. I guess it’d be interesting if they did a patch after Echo was added so we could get a feel for OW1 with the full roster again, but that’s recent enough that it’s not really nostalgic.

I’m enjoying it. You don’t have to like everything personally in the game and get all upset and make posts on the forums about additional free content. Really odd post tbh.

Because the supposed hardcore 6v6ers swore that they would come back to the game if they brought it back… So here is blizzard testing out every possible way to have 6v6 before they either say it cant be done or it will be a seasonal thing.

Since they screwed themselves by promising PVE content and going back on their word… They have to make sure u all see that they are “testing and trying” to see if they can bring it back

The doomfists in every game would say otherwise.

This reads as " I don’t care about it, so no one else should".

Who did, where? There’s no such thing as ‘hardcore 6v6ers’ aka people who will play the game just because it’s 6v6. The game is better with 6v6, that doesn’t make it good.

Or rather less, since the patch doesn’t even come close to what was actually present back then. Doom is significantly stronger than before, especially his ult, which originally had to charge up to deal full damage but now does full damage across the entire area instantly! Bastion can’t be hacked out of turret mode. Sombra’s hack is a mix of 2017, 2018, 2019, and OW2 versions, plus an unknown version, and tanks still seem to have their OW2 passive!

So no, it’s really hard to be excited about this poor effort!

They want to show the evolution of the game, so we can compare it OW2 as it is today

Because a lot of people think the game was, or would be better, with back then mechanics and gameplay

And everything will settle when we see 2019-2020 as the best and most balanced state from OW1

Which ironically, in many cases could be a strong contender for OW2

Are you forgetting all the “6v6 is gone and so am I until it’s back” threads we keep getting here?

Are you forgetting I specifically asked ‘who did, where’? Are you maybe oversimplifying what these people stated, hoping that somehow convinces anyone of your point? I don’t know, feel free to show me.

Or don’t waste your time, because the answer is obviously yes. It’s blatantly disingenuous to suggest people would play a mode regardless of quality.

They’re merely doing what they said they would do, which is, test different iterations of 6v6 over the next 6 months to a year.

I don’t think you understand the difference between “I” and “Everyone”.

I just don’t get it. Like at the meeting were they just like “we need something to bring players in any ideas? What if we bring back the two metas that are the most hated in our history and that originally created a situation where people left. Genius idea send it”

If they keep bringing it back, logic suggests it’s popular and people enjoy it. So your rant is nonsense.

I do not care about it and I am nobody.
