2 afk healers bots with a total of 150 dmg and 0 healing between the 2 of them and i lose 20% rank percentage… time to rework your system.

Only way to fix this is for Blizzard to turn around and make this game Buy to Play or make it much, much harder to make a new account by adding the requirement of needing an active phone subscription.
well blizzard announced a complete rank reset and the graphic showed even grand masters are gonna be put in the same lobby as bronze so who cares? nothing you do or have ever done will matter in less than a week so why not just throw?
(Being sarcastic/not being completely serious… but am I really?) Man complete rank reset tho lol… if there was ANY incentive left to ‘grinding’ this just erased my remaining motivation. Can’t wait for next week to have nothing but either unskilled bronze throw babies or GM+ players killing me through spawn room 1k/s heals 
TLDR - I wonder if there’s more throwers now because with a rank reset in a week it literally won’t even reflect negatively on their account since it’s all resetting anyways.
It’s a rank reset, not MMR reset.
GMs will not be with bronze players. They’ll all still be in the same lobbies they are now.
If you hard derank now, you’ll probably get banned, but if you can drop your MMR fast you might get slightly lower lobbies, but it’s unlikely. And not worth the effort.
